Two of the 2011 Marie Curie lecturers have been featured in a special issue of the European Journal of Organic Chemistry.

Margaret Brimble (top row, 6th from the left) and Bridget Stocker (bottom row, 4th from the left), who spoke as part of the series this year both have their pictures on the cover of the journal.

From the website:

The issue features an Editorial by Dr. Jennifer O’Donnell, Deputy Editor of EurJOC; Author Profiles of the female Board Members of EurJOC; and a Women in EurJOC section, where we asked all contributing authors to share their thoughts about women in chemistry. Packed with these unique features, this issue is particularly distinctive and includes papers authored by women in organic chemistry who have made a significant contribution to their field.

The series is on hiatus while the 2011 New Zealand Rutherford and 2011 New Zealand Aronui Lectures are being held around the country. It will resume in October.
